Wove private commission "Pegasus", designed by Robyn Mountcastle. 2006 Tapestry tutor at TAFTA Geelong FORUM 2006 Tapestry weaver with Valerie Kirk, Frank Fenner Tapestry for University House, Austalian National University, ACT Travelled to England, Scotland, Ireland, France, Italy and Germany to visit museums, galleries, studios, tapestry collections and tapestry weavers 2005 Tapestry Tutor at TAFTA Brisbane FORUM 2005. Powerpoint presentation of the ‘Unicorn’ project at Southwest TAFE, Warrnambool. Powerpoint presentation of the ‘Unicorn’ project at RMIT, Melbourne. Travelled to Norfolk Island. 2004 Tapestry Tutor at TAFTA Geelong FORUM 2004 2003-2004 Studio weaver at West Dean Tapestry Studio, West Sussex, UK, working on "The Start of the Hunt", the first in the reweaving of the historic "Hunt of the Unicorn" series, commissioned for Stirling Castle by Heritage Scotland. 2002 Tapestry Tutor at TAFTA Geelong FORUM 2002. 2001 Community work as Tapestry weaver on Elaine Hosking Commemorative Tapestry Project at Warrnambool TAFE and Kingsville Primary School Tapestry Project, Yarraville. 2000 Traveled to New Zealand. Presented slide lectures
on contemporary Australian tapestry in Napier, Hastings, Palmerston North and
Christchurch.
1998 Tapestry weaver at V.T.W., collaborating with John Coburn and traveled to Malaysia.
1997 Sessional lecturer in tapestry at Melbourne Institute of Textiles. Also, attended a gathering of artists at Lake Mungo, N.S.W.- site of Mungo man.
1997-1996 Tapestry weaver at
V.T.W., collaborating with Alegnon Talmage, Frank Stella, John Coburn and Murray Walker.
1995 Traveled to Austria, Germany, France Spain and Britain on study tour. Presented several slide lectures on contemporary Australian tapestry, including those at
Goldsmiths College (London), Edinburgh College of Art, Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art (Dundee), and Winchester School of Art.
1995-1987 Tapestry weaver at
V.T.W., collaborating with Patsy Hely, Rae Ganim, Steven Benwell, Murray Walker, David Van Nunen, Gordon Crook and John Coburn.
1988 Attended Tapestry Symposium in Melbourne, & participated in several related exhibitions.
1987 Traveled to Britain, France and Japan, to visit museums, galleries, studios, tapestry collections and tapestry weavers.
1987-1983 Tapestry weaver at the Victorian Tapestry Workshop, collaborating with Australian artists such as; John Coburn, Philippa
O’Brien, Les Kossatz and Arthur Boyd.
